Beekeeping, Adding the 2nd Hive Box

Newbie with new bees inspecting the hive at day 21 and adding a second deep brood box. Having trouble distinguishing a queen cup cell from a drone cell, and I think I may have mistakenly scraped out some drone cells. If you watch long enough you'll see me getting stung and crying like a baby.
